Electro has its own designated Test & Inspection area where every product or harness passes through with either visual or continuity testing. We utilise Cirris easy wire electrical testing equipment as well as bespoke testing rigs to carry out automated tests on all box build projects. We base a strong emphasis on Quality control and have strict disciplines. Electro keeps all relevant testing records on file to assist with audit trail and future development requirements.

We are pleased to announce that we are now an accredited UL Cable Harness manufacturer. This will allow us to produce any products for the US and Canadian markets, following the UL procedures and traceability program - ZPFW2 US, ZPFW8 CAN
